BOB POSTMA

Vice President of Operations

After 35 years of building airports and commercial buildings across the country, Bob is now focused on building the people who build the buildings. He rose through the general contractor ranks before becoming director of corporate real estate for Continental Airlines. After walking in client shoes, Bob effectively leads Paradigm’s construction management and field operations with a focus on client needs.

And since working on the owner side, Bob also knows the right questions to ask to get the best answers. This helps project teams better frame client needs. It goes a long way in creating successful projects and relationships. Bob’s goal is to leave a positive impression on the people and places throughout Paradigm’s work and beyond.

Bob comes to work every day to contribute what he can to communities today, and the generations to come. He believes the churches, schools, and other projects Paradigm builds are a ministry to support others and grow God’s kingdom.

In his off time, Bob is either at the lake, tinkering on an old car, or spending time with his wife and family. If it’s football, basketball, or baseball season, Bob will also be cheering on his beloved Aggies. Gig’em!
