BOB STASIA
Vice President
Construction might not be the easiest way to help people reach their goals. For Bob, it’s the most fulfilling. At Paradigm, he gets to be involved in every step of making projects a reality. He’s primarily responsible for directing business development and marketing initiatives, and he oversees project preconstruction.
Bob has held leadership roles in every facet of the construction industry over his 40+ year career. He even taught night classes on contracts and construction methods for 10 years. He loves construction for the tangible realization of a vision and the satisfaction of seeing a team come together. He’s partial to liturgical projects, having held church leadership roles on capital campaign and building committees and knowing these are a labor of love.
In and out of the office, Bob is a servant leader who walks alongside peers, partners, and clients. Seeing others succeed fuels his every day. His parents modeled service over self. Bob’s dad, a police officer, taught him the value of doing what is right rather than what is easy. His faith is his compass and motivation, in the belief that with God all things are possible.
Off the clock, Bob and his wife love sitting down to a meal at the bar in their favorite restaurants. It always makes for engaging conversation with new people. One thing Bob might be talking about – Pittsburgh sports (his alma mater is Pitt.) The Pirates, Penguins, and yes, even the Steelers, he enjoys watching them all. He’s happy to give a primer on ice hockey for anyone interested.
