Dustin Hall
Dustin Hall is the founder and President of Paradigm Construction. A native of Tomball Texas he began his construction career in 1999 working under some of the local markets’ top professionals. Paradigm’s rapid growth is built from living the company’s core values: Dedicated, Relationships, Integrity, Value, and Excellence. Dustin’s staff, clients, consultants, and subcontractor partners know him to be an excellent leader, expert council, and a trusted friend.

Construction might not be the easiest way to help people reach their goals. For Bob, it’s the most fulfilling. At Paradigm, he gets to be involved in every step of making projects a reality. He’s primarily responsible for directing business development and marketing initiatives, and he oversees project preconstruction.
Debora Hall
Debora Hall is Controller for Paradigm Construction. She received her Master of Science in Accountancy from Liberty University. She has worked for fast-growing local construction firms for over 17 years in senior accounting and financial management leadership roles. Debora’s attention to detail, expertise in compliance, and commitment to on-time deliverables build a strong relationship and a high level of trust with all her internal and external clients.

Vice President of Operations
After 35 years of building airports and commercial buildings across the country, Bob is now focused on building the people who build the buildings. He rose through the general contractor ranks before becoming director of corporate real estate for Continental Airlines. After walking in client shoes, Bob effectively leads Paradigm’s construction management and field operations with a focus on client needs.
